Charming and bright studio apartment for rent in Rome's San Pietro, beds for three people and a large terrace, air conditioning and free internet access, located on the top floor of a building with lift. This studio of 35 square meters has been renovated in December 2012 and was recently offered for rent. It is complete with a fully equipped kitchenette for all your needs, with a table for 4 people. It has a double bed and a bunk bed. Accompanying the studio sofa, flat-screen TV with DVD player. A large French window leading to a furnished terrace of 50 sqm with plants and flowers. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Location tourist use. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with private kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and cutlery for four people. Private bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large terrace

The room was great, perfect for my wife and I. I really enjoyed the large patio area. The location was also convenient as it is very close to the Vatican and we did get to see the Pope speak- so that was a big win for us. Instructions and communication with host went very well. I would very much recommend this listing!

My partner and I stayed at the rental for three days and we loved it. The neighborhood was nice, right in front of a bus stop. There was a mini market and a bistro within walking distance. The host was great and had amazing communication. Would highly recommend!

This was a cute place. Perfect for our short stay. It’s close to walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping. The only negative is that the shower is suoer small. If you’re larger, you won’t be able to bathe. That being said, we would stay here again.

Roma luxury apartment

We loved these accommodations! They are exactly as pictured. All instructions are detailed and very helpful. The rooftop patio was so lovely and convenient, the bed is cozy and the A/C works great. We walked to the Vatican on numerous occasions. There are also many delicious neighborhood cafes and restaurants! A wonderful stay for a romantic getaway for two!

The flat was lovely. It was just the 2 of us and so nice to be able to sit on the terrace and have a coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked and everything well. The location is a 10 minute walk from St Peters. The added listing of local restaurants and supermarkets was very helpful.

Wonderful Apartment & Hostess!!

Beautiful spacious apartment with a gigantic patio/balcony. One main bus line stops literally right outside the building and most of the others are a one minute walk away! You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!!

Wonderful Rome Home Base

We stayed three nights at this lovely property. Things we really liked -- is the top (5th) floor and the terrace is spectacular. Loved starting and ending the day there. AC in the room is a very welcome amenity. Super clean, tastefully decorated, generous sized spaces. In a neighborhood area, close to several restaurants/bars/shops. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment on the parking situation. We walked to public transportation in 5-15 minutes, depending on bus/train.Our host was prompt, clear, and responsive with all communication. Was a wonderful stay. Will recommend to any traveling to Rome.

Everything is so organized. The welcome booklet had lots of tips and local maps. We loved the back patio for our breakfast and evenings.
