The Space:
Welcome to your new home! Spacious and bright flat, next to the emblematic center of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. This is a superb apartment of 110 square meters located on very nice and quiet Parisian courtyard.
This tastefully renovated and exquisite apartment is located on a nice and residential Parisian neighborhood, ideally communicated via public transport to all main city attractions and just some minutes away from Champs de Mars! A large luminous main living room opens up to a well designed kitchen, equipped and very functional! All rooms are ideal for a night rest after sightseeing all day, each with a huge double bed and each of them with an ensuite bathroom!
The apartment has a capacity for up to 10 people distributed as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: 2 Double beds and ensuite bathroom
- Living room: double sofa bed

This apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement. A very dynamic district full of restaurants, famous shops, as well as many local shops (bakeries, fishmongers, restaurants, butchers, dry cleaners, pharmacies, etc.).

The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via these numerous public transports options:
- Metro: Boucicaut (line 8), located at 5 minutes away on foot
- Metro: Convention (line 12), located at 6 minutes away on foot
- RER: Javel (RER C), located at 15 minutes away on foot

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a
deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

5 of us came to Paris for 10 days to celebrate birthdays and a wedding anniversary. The location of the property was great with easy access to the metro, food and entertainment. We will definitely do it again!

We loved the location of this apartment as well as the responsiveness of property management. We had a small ant problem & they came right away to deal with it. Small inconveniences with lack of outlets - middle room had none for charging electronics - as well as where to store the toilet paper roll - on the floor? Or on the sink counter where it could get wet? The place got really warm in the evenings and the air conditioning was inconsistent. Won’t rent this space again, but if these minor issues don’t bother you, everything else was great!

The property has mice, which was not disclosed on the original listing. Mouse traps were placed after I complained about the mice, but the problem persisted and no further action was taken while we were on the premises.
I spent hours of my vacation trying to deal with this situation. I have been promised a refund of the cleaning fee, which I feel is wholly inadequate.
I do not recommend booking this property. We would have spent less booking multiple hotel rooms and likely would not have had mice.

Thank you for your review, Katherine. It was an isolated incident of leaving the outside door open and the apartment has been fumigated.
We offered you several alternatives during your stay but you preferred to stay in the apartment.
This is officially the first place we’ve ever stayed in Paris. Overall, this place was impressive.
First the positives:
+The process from booking to checking out was smooth. The communication was great. The codes were all easy to follow.
+It’s large. Lots of space. A full living room area. A dining area. A kitchen. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with a toilet and shower.
+A nice-sized TV was a highlight of a few modern appliances. The combo washer and dryer was great.The stove is current and sink was of good quality. The refrigerator worked well. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure and temperature. Even a towel-warming rack.
+It was clean inside the space.. The bedding was clean. The glass table was spotless. Fresh towels.
+A nice distance away from tourists. A nice escape. Close to trains and walking distance to lots of stuff
Now the negatives;
+The air conditioning did not work. AC units in every room but none had any effect. Only the fans worked. It gets really hot inside. And it stays hot. At some portions through the day, especially early evening, it felt much better outside. It was still sweltering at night and didn’t cool off until late.
+The WiFi was pretty weak. Streaming on the TV made using the internet on the phone VERY slow.
+Exterior is old and worn down.
+Area is a little dirty. Not upscale.
+Expensive. Prices inflated by Olympics.
Even with drawbacks, still a great place to stay. We miss it already
