This flat is perfectly located near Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square (so near theatres, restaurants, bars, mass transit…) Beds were comfy, the flat clean, and we were grateful for the clothes washer. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Be aware that the flat is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
The apartment was very clean and functional. It has a great location near great restaurants and bars, picadilly, Chinatown, covent garden, museum and more. The host is very responsive. It is 5 flight up so it is a climb to get to it. The 5th bed was just a foldable mattress on the floor which is not what we expect.
The stay and the flat were great overall. The location is excellent. right in the heart of Soho and Chinatown, with easy access to amazing restaurants, nightlife, the Theater District, and plenty of shopping within walking distance.A couple of things to keep in mind: the apartment is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs if you’re traveling with heavy bags. Also, check-in is not keyless, so you’ll need to coordinate key pickup with the host.Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a centrally located place to experience the city.
Very nice flat - clean, comfortable, well equipped. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Dalton was a pleasure to work with. Minor quibbles include flaky WiFi, a wonky doorknob on the bathroom, 86 stairs to reach it (no lift), the pull-out sofa shown in the pictures no longer exists but can be supplemented with a temp bed upon request, and it can be noisy at night but that’s to be expected given the great location in central SoHo.
This is a fabulous location that is easy to navigate to so many places from. The property worked well for 3 of us and there’s lots of space to spend time in. It was great that they have a coffee machine and pods onsite, in addition to a washer/dryer unit. The stairs to the 5th floor are a great way to get your steps and cardio goals in each day! We got used to them, though they can be challenging if you have a lot of purchases to haul up at the end of a retail therapy day. Close to the train, grocery store, theatres, restaurants, and short walking distance to so many great places. Beds were comfortable. They were doing some renovations to the outside of the building which restricted the beautiful views. The building is quiet and in a week of staying there we only saw people in the halls a couple of times. Would definitely stay here again as you can’t go wrong with the location!
Comfortable apartment with all amenities in a fantastic location, near to many restaurants, supermarkets, theatres and tube station. Check-in by Dalton was seamless although we were late due to traffic. He helped with the heavy luggage up to the apartment without asking.
Excellent location - quite lively, near theatre area could walk everywhere. Be prepared for the stairs up and the lively neighbourhood. Apartment was well appointed, stocked, bright.
Wonderful flat in SoHo. Spacious and convenient, with all the amenities. Perfect for a family traveling together. The let-in person, Dalton, was exceptional. Very professional and responsive - he definitely enhanced our stay.
Location, location, location! This spot is in the center of all the action with close access to subway and train stations. The host communicated clearly and was able to accommodate my special request. The unit is on the 5th floor (no lift), but there were two gentlemen who met us for check in and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Had a great time, thank you!
Best location ever if you want to be in the thick of the acrion
The facilities are great. Only notice is it’s 5 flights of stairs and a 6th one in the room to the second bedroom
I will definitely stay here again and send friends to this property in the future
Excellent place to stay. Great location. Clean apartment and great host. A few things to note. This is a 5 story walk up. It is also in a bustling area and weekends can be loud outside of the building but it is in the heart of the SoHo district
Great location and property with easy access to trains and busses. The house is very comfortable. One point, it is on the 5th floor without a lift which might be hard for some. I will certainly recommend the property to friends and family.
This is a great apartment in a perfect Central London location. You can walk to the Thames and all that is has to offer, over to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park, or just go for a wander in Chinatown. If you’re not a walker you can just as easily grab a cab. It’s wonderful to come back to a clean apartment with very comfortable beds … and even though it’s on a busy street it’s up above and once you close the windows it’s very quiet (or leave them open and observe the action below :-). We ate breakfast at Bill’s right up the way every morning - highly recommend!!!!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
OK, it has been almost 2 weeks since we are back from our stay in London. I would like to preface this by saying that we were there during a massive heat wave. My husband and I purposefully chose this space as it was one of the only listings that mentioned having Aircon. Now, if you are from a place that has Aircon this is not Aircon. This has two smaller units that are connected to the window. The seals that the Aircon is connected to has holes in it so the Aircon does not really cool down an entire room. It is also on the fifth floor and very steep stairs so if you are someone who is not used to it, this may not be the place for you. Now I will say the location was very central however, if you are visiting London I feel that such a central location is not necessary. The reason I say this is because you will need to either take the tube or a car to the attractions it is difficult to get a car service close to the attractions as a lot of the streets in Central London are one-way so you will be waiting a while if you call on transportation . The beds were quite uncomfortable as the mattress in the upstairs had a serious dip on one side. The apartment has also a lot of stains on the carpet and all over the walls. Be aware that the Aircon is not in the living room where the kitchen is, which means it gets very warm in that area. The washer and dryer was a nice addition as we were able to make sure we had clean clothes after all the walking and sweating through our clothing.
The location of this apartment is amazing - you can walk to so many sights. The tube is nearby, as are multiple bus stops for sights further out or days when it rains. Savio was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this Soho rental!
Convenient, LGBTQIA friendly, safe location. Very close to underground and easy to get to all London attractions.Clean, tidy, as advertised. Only con is 5 flight of stairs, no lift - though we were aware of that and host very helpful with my luggage upon check-in. Busy street but not loud in flat. Would stay there again.

86 Steps To Climb In A Great, Bustling Location
First: the flat is in a very central location which was perfect for reaching the tube, train stations or just walking to sites. Easy to take Heathrow express or Elizabeth Line to Tottenham Court station and walk with rolling bags. Two large theatres are on the same street—the stage door is directly across from the flat so after each show ( around 11 pm) there are cheers from crowds who gather to see the actors leaving the theater. The flat was clean, and the beds comfortable. There were a few things that could be attended to. The upstairs shower released very hot and then very cold water intermittently, rendering it unusable during our stay. The downstairs shower worked fine. The night stand in the downstairs bedroom is very worn and baseboards in the kitchen under the stove/dishwasher look kicked in. There is no self check-in and there was some miscommunication with the person who was supposed to meet us to let us in, resulting in us waiting more than a half hour on the street with our luggage before we could make the climb to the flat. It is 86 steps up from street level to the 5th floor flat limiting us from wanting to just pop out, or run back in for a moment when we were nearby as we’re in our 60s.Note: the owner texted before our stay asking us not to tell others in the building we were VRBO renters due to problems with previous guests. He asked us to lie, saying we were his friends, which made us uncomfortable. Luckily no one asked and we didn’t have to lie.
