Well equiped apartment in Cabo Roig/Compoamor. Beedroom, 2 bathrooms and american kitchen and livingroom. Big terrace with nice view of the pool and sea. The flat is the only in the buildning with direct access to the pool. 300 meters to the beach. Garage and elavator. Nice blue flagg beaches close by.

Close to shops, restaurants, doctors and several golf courses. Supermarket Consum only 200 meters away. The restaurant street the Strip only 50 meters away. Lacenia Bolouevard shoppingcenter wit 150 shops is only 2,5 km away. Cabo Roig is 9 km south of Torrevieja, 35 minutes by car from Alicante airport.

Airport San Javier - Murcia (ryanair) is very close.

Location excellent. Views to die for. Very accessible to other areas.

Thoroughly enjoyed beach & promenade walks views amazing very accessible to different areas to explore. La zenia boulevard excellent for shopping. Can’t say enough about cabo roig & the surrounding areas. Outdoor apartment amazing very enjoyable experience. Sun beds could be brought up to a higher specification. Pool area spectacular. Maintenance & safety I felt very secure.

lovely apartment, with lovely views, close to bars, supermarket etc. area around to bars etc all flat, helpful as we take elderly mum in wheelchair, complex itself also suitable due to ramps around complex, lift in each building, and walk in steps for swimming pool. we were a party of three, apartment suited us fine. comfortable and well equiped. our only complaint which owner is aware of, was cleanliness on arrival. beds wern't made up, dishwasher and washing machine were both full, fridge hadn't been emptied or cleaned. obviously not the owners fault, but we felt we had to clean everything, towels etc before use as wern't sure what was clean and what had been left dirty. owner was going to chase this up with clean ing company, but don't know what the issue was as he didn't get back to us about it. other than that no complaints and would use apartment again in the future

Fantastic Apartment

I would highly recommend this apartment. The location is superb overlooking the pool and the sea. The complex is quiet and still close enough to the restaurants and bars. The apartment itself has everything that you would need and is also spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

El apartamento es una pasada, está genial y tiene de todo. La terraza es una auténtica maravilla. No está a pie de playa aunque tiene playas muy cerca. La calle de los restaurantes no es un paseo marítimo y no hay restaurantes españoles cerca.

We have stayed in Cabo Roig previously, but our accommodation in this property was just perfect. Kitchen and dining facilities were more than adequate. Beautiful sea and pool views. Direct access to the pool. Lovely quiet location. We definitely will be back.

Excellent apartment in a stunning location

The apartment has the best position in the small complex,.well equipped with a comfortable bed. Immaculate gardens and pool area with direct access to the sea. Golf courses nearby, supermarket walking distance across the road. A coastal walk takes you to two lovely restaurants. The fish bowl and the Barracca which has beautiful views. When we come back to this area in the future we will definitely stay here again. Thank-you for letting us share your fantastic holiday home Xx

Appartement ligt op een perfecte locatie. De voorzieningen zijn uitstekend. Prettig terras met voldoende ruimte om te eten, relaxen en van de zon te genieten. Op minimale loopafstand van restaurant boulevard. prima uitvalbasis voor veel verschillende golfbanen.

It was brilliant. The apartment was modern and had everything you could wish for. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing. Perfect location for one of the many beaches with easy access, the strip is 2mins walk away but didnt disturb us. All outside areas are kept clean and tidy and the pool is great. I feel we went at what should be a busy time but the pool was quiet up to 11am so could go for a relaxing swim to wake up was never over crowded. All in all excellent and would recommend.

Great Holiday

Just returned from a week's stay and the apartment is just as described, the location is perfect. Its on the ground floor, out to a lovely terrace, then the swimming pool which was never very crowded, then through the gate onto the path which takes you down to the beach. Go out the front and turn left to the supermarket, turn right to the strip which has every kind of restaurant or bar you could want. The apartment itself is very well equipped and it had everything we needed, for us, our daughter and 8 year old grandson. The underground car park was interesting, best hire a small car as it is very tight. But a car is not a necessity as everything is close by and there are plenty of buses to get you further afield if you wanted to. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return trip soon.
