About this property
Chic Chelsea maisonette with 2 terraces
HOUSE HIGHLIGHTS
• Exceptional 3 bed maisonette
• Open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
• 3 bathrooms
• 2 private terraces, including large roof terrace
• Ideal for couples, friends, and corporate bookings
If you like your location central, your furnishings top spec, and your home presented in a chic and modern style, you're in for a treat. Because here's a 3 bed maisonette that's designed to surprise and delight. With a high quality finish throughout, the home's many highlights include three beautifully presented bedrooms and not one but two private terraces that give you the chance to sit back, relax and gaze over the rooftops of west London.
OPEN PLAN LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
A whole floor of this maisonette is reserved for this bright and attractive multi-purpose space that's bound to become the most popular area of the house. There's a sofa, two armchairs, dining table and chairs all offering places to sit and relax, with big windows allowing a lot of natural light to filter in. Gather here to watch the flat screen TV, maybe play card or board games at the table, or get some work done. Of course, you can sit and eat the food you've prepared in the modern kitchen which, like the rest of this home, is an attractive space. It's full of high spec appliances to make preparing snacks and meals a real pleasure (on those occasions you choose to eat in rather than out at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the local area).
3 BEDROOMS
A room with a superkingsize, a second bedroom with a kingsize and the third a twin make this maisonette a great choice for friends, colleagues or clients needing a place with executive style in a convenient London location. The bedrooms are split across two floors, with the superkingfsize featuring its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower overhead. The kingsize bedroom has access to a private terrace that wraps around half of the room. Please note that the stairs used to access this bedroom are not suitable for the very young or very old. Last but not least, the third bedroom - a twin - features comfortable beds, quality bedding and plenty of storage space, just like the other bedrooms.
3 BATHROOMS
Between them, these bathrooms will offer you the choice of a bath tub with shower overhead and two showers. That should be enough to let all guests freshen up the way they want to, and enough space to ensure there aren't any delays when everyone's getting ready to go out for the day or night.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Having one outside space is pretty rare in this part of London. Stay here and you'll have two. One a private terrace that wraps around half of one of the three beautiful bedrooms, the second a large roof terrace that extends the length and width of the property. Both glorious places in which to experience the wonders of London, perhaps with a coffee in hand first thing in the morning and maybe something a little stronger in the evening.
THE LOCAL AREA
On those occasions you can bear to leave your beautiful home-from-home, you'll discover just what an exciting and convenient area of London this maisonette is located in. It's just off the Fulham Road, in an attractive residential street that illustrates why Chelsea has such a glamorous reputation. Earl's Court is right on your doorstep, so too the bars, shops and restaurants of Fulham Broadway.
In London for a match or corporate event at Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC? The stadium is just a couple of minutes walk away. So too the King's Road, which is still a major draw for visitors thanks to its history and the quality of its boutiques and eateries.
If you need to stay in London to be near someone having treatment at one of West London's hospitals, this home is ideally located to make it easy to reach the Chelsea & Westminster hospital, the Royal Marsden and the Royal Brompton.
London's museum zone - where you'll find the Science Museum, Natural History museum and others is also easily accessed from the maisonette.
GETTING AROUND
This 3 bed maisonette is located in an area that's well served by buses, and is a short walk from two major stations. The first, Earl's Court, is served by the District and Piccadilly lines on the London Underground. That means you can get to Wimbledon, Harrods in Knightsbridge, Hyde Park (for Winter Wonderland and summer concerts) and Piccadilly using direct services.
The second station, West Brompton, is also on the District Line, but has the added bonus of London Overground connections to plenty of places including Clapham Junction (change here for Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Canterbury and Hastings) and other popular London destinations such as Kensington Olympia, Wembley Stadium and Stratford for the Olympic Stadium (now the home of West Ham United FC).Arms which can be your local pub whilst staying in town. Our standard check-in procedure is self-check in via key collection nearby, but If you would like someone to meet you at the home to show you in we can organise that for a £20 fee.
The stores we use are usually no longer than a 5-10 minute walk and we always try to make it as convenient as possible!

A very enjoyable stay. Property is as described in listing, spacious, clean, well maintained, excellent location, quiet neighbors. No unpleasant surprises. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely place, we walked to the Earls Court Tube station every day. Nice location. Nick responded quickly to every question that we had. Bottom bedroom stairs are different but not difficult to maneuver
This flat occupies the top two floors of a classic older building and has been beautifully remodeled. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood and is a short walk or bus ride to the Earls Court tube station.
It has a private roof top access and an open living room/kitchen floor plan. We really liked that each of the bedrooms had its own full bathroom, complete with towel warmers.
We would definitely stay here again!
This property was perfect for a group of 5 30 year olds enjoying their holiday. The host was incredibly responsive and when we had a hiccup he was very apologetic and fixed it immediately. I couldn’t recommend this property more. Definetly worth booking. I would return!
We enjoyed our stay here in this beautifully decorated condo. We were 5 people fitting comfortably with all the necessary accoutrements. This flat has lots of stairs and no air conditioning. To be fair we were there during a heatwave leaving it uncomfortable to sleep. The owner had lots of fans to accommodate us.
If you are staying in chelsea. Stay here. 6 adult couples each with their own bathroom. The only negative is small, the stairs down to the bottom bedroom can be trickey for people with mobility issues.
Good location and lots of space for a family. Note that it's a walk-up to 3rd story and the unit is split up into 4 levels so lots of stairs. Was not an issue for us, but may be for some. Also, key pickup is a 12min walk from the apartment so not ideal.

Thanks so much, Eric.
I am sorry about the key collection point. We like to see all guests in but with the arrival date being a bank holiday (the 1st of Jan) we didn't have any greeters available.
We really appreciate you taking the time to review and I hope we can welcome you back to London in the future.
Thanks,
Team APLH
Enjoyed our stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Earls Court tube stop which was very convenient for us. Communication from owners and check in was easy and smooth. Helpful guide to the house and neighborhood provided as well. One watch out...the 2nd king bedroom is tiny and strangely situated down some very narrow but steep steps. Not the easiest to bring luggage down into but worked for our needs. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The 2 other bathrooms are tiny. But overall enjoyed and would definitely stay again.
Great stay. From the onset Nick communicated with us constantly. When a city wster problem forced us to relocate..his crew Katya took charge and put is in equilavent lidging. When our flight was delayed delarting London we were allieed to stay a day longer. Very satisfied with level of service.
great location, wonderful place; but you have to tiptoe at night
we really liked staying here. it's an apartment in a historic house, so little things came up -- owner was super responsive and had them addressed within an hour of our outreach. the space is wonderful. the kitchen is well stocked. nice considerations like travel books and maps are around. the big issue was that you can't walk in the kitchen in the evening or at night - or use the dishwasher or washing machine - the kitchen is right over the neighbor's bedroom. even sliding around super quietly caused a problem. this got to be huge issue with kids - so the place is probably not that child friendly.
This was our first stop on a 30 days trip from Australia, straight off the long flight, we relaxed at this beautiful home. The stairs down to the bottom bedroom were a work of art, though a bit scary, I must have missed this don't he listing as it was a shock.
The whole house had beautiful natural light and close to lots of great restaurants.
Be prepared for the stairs if you have lots of luggage.
Some of the features of the house are looking dated and could do with some maintenance but it was a great stay and would recommend for groups of friends.
There were some minor issues, but all were addressed really quickly. To me, that’s one of the best things you can say about anyplace you stay. Location is perfect if you are catching a Chelsea game and also pretty nice for typical London tourist stuff. Only negative I would provide is it is not a great place if you plan on being out late or have noisy kids. Neighbors are relatively sensitive to noise after 9 or 10 pm
This property is excellent for families with teenagers that want their own space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so our teenage children did not have to share a bathroom. The common areas are spacious. We can see The Shard from the rooftop terrace. Property is clean and in a very nice residential neighborhood. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the West Brompton tube underground station is about 15 minutes walk away. Management team is attentive and responsive. There was a greeter to meet us when we arrived. Highly recommend this property!
We chose the accommodation as a base for excursions into the city centre. The connections are a 10-12 minute walk away and ideally located. The flat is a dream, very large and fantastically equipped. The architectural highlight is the bedroom on the lower floor and the access to the roof terrace. The communication was excellent and very friendly. Despite a very late flight, we were in constant contact and exchanged information about the current situation. Handing over the keys also worked late in the evening, thank you for that. We will definitely be back.
