Renovated in 2023 and retaining many original features this holiday home is ideal for a large family or group of friends looking to enjoy a seaside break, yet with easy access to the Yorkshire Wolds and beyond.
Step inside and follow the hall to the kitchen/dining room. Creatively designed to maximise space and with the original walk-in pantry this kitchen is sure to delight the chef in the group. There is one ground floor bedroom offering a super kingsize bed with separate dresssing room. Two of the rooms retain the original Georgian fireplaces. Take the grand staircase to the first floor and find a beautifully presented living room with fine Georgian windows which flood the room with natural light. A family bedroom with a super kingsize zip and link and a kingsize bedroom sit across the hall. To the rear of Craven House is a courtyard where you will find additional seating for enjoying an early morning coffee or an al-fresco evening meal.
When you’re ready to enjoy Bridlington step outside into Bridlington’s Old Town which is packed with independent tea rooms, shops, and stores. The golden sands of Bridlington’s South Beach is just a ten minute walk away. Enjoy a long walk on the promenade or sit and watch the trawlers land the days catch. Further along the coast is the quaint village of Flamborough. Here you can walk the heritage coastline or enjoy a game of golf at the local course. The stately homes of Sewerby Hall, Burton Agnes and Sledmere House are close by, and a must visit is Royal Society for the Protection of Birds Bempton Cliffs. The rolling hills of The Yorkshire Wolds offer miles of walking and cycling opportunities whilst the towns of Beverley and York are both under an hour away. This so much to do for everyone make Craven House the home to return to each evening during your Yorkshire break away. Beach 1 mile.
