Excelente calidad - precio.
Hemos pasado un mes en este apartamento (julio 2024).
El piso es espacioso y permite la convivencia de todos los miembros de la familia. Es una excelente oportunidad para familias de 4-5 miembros.
Cada habitación da a un lado del edificio y están separados por armarios empotrados y un baño, así que niños y mayores tienen ambientes totalmente independientes. La habitación de matrimonio recibe la luz por la tarde y es muy agradable.
El piso se entrega extraordinariamente limpio y listo para su disfrute. El equipamiento permite cocinar una amplia variedad de platos durante la estancia. El mobiliario está en perfectas condiciones. Los sofás y sillones son cómodos.
La televisión, el acceso a internet y el aire acondicionado funcionan perfectamente. Las ventanas son buena calidad e insonorizan la casa.
La entrada es sencilla y ágil. Además se nos ofreció una salida flexible sin coste adicional. Contamos con su asistencia durante toda la estancia. Solucionó nuestros problemas con rapidez y amabilidad.
El apartamento está entre dos paradas de metro que corresponden a cinco de las doce líneas del metro de Madrid (siendo la del aeropuerto una de ellas). Una amplia variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y comercios son accesibles en radio de 5 minutos caminando.
El barrio es seguro, agradable y variado. Altamente recomendable para familias que quieran conocer Madrid, pero no quieran alojarse en el mismo centro de la ciudad.
Repetiría sin dudarlo.
