We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

A jewel that shows its authority and brings out its best qualities; as well as evoking the splendid amaranth shades that color the sky during sunset. A property built on the rock and immersed in the quiet of nature, with a modern design and latest generation appliances, with attention to detail and tasteful furnishings. It offers approximately 100 internal square meters and is part of a large private property protected by a gate and a dense park of Mediterranean vegetation, where there are two residential units with two different entrances which guarantee privacy because during the use of the villa by the guests, the The apartment used by the property will not be inhabited.

It is spread over two floors and is accessed from this large glass veranda of approximately 30 m2 to the kitchen, which is spacious and well-equipped. On the same floor we find the first bathroom with shower and the iron spiral staircase that leads to the rooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are available to guests, both with access to the wonderful private terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool during its opening period, one double and one with two single beds, and a third single bedroom.
Guests can use the huge swimming pool when it is available, from 30 Mai to 26 September guaranteed.

Important Notes:
- THE POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR EXCLUSIVE USE from 30/05 to 26/09
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

The house is surrounded by greenery and garden. So the pool cleaning (which is not daily) may not be perfect. The leaves and the wind deposited soil must be cleaned by the customers.

We would like to point out that the outdoor pool furniture (with children's games) is not representative of reality as only sunbeds and a small table will be provided.
