About this property

This beautifully decorated and modern upstairs 4br/4ba villa overlooks the pool and is only a short stroll from the beach. The large living room, with a vaulted ceiling features a flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player and direct access to a wrap around screened porch that overlooks the pool. The dining area seats eight. The open kitchen features modern appliances and a quartz countertop outfitted with barstools. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous sleigh bed frame, The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower and a double vanity. The first downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed attached to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads to a loft that has a bedroom with two sets of twin over double bunks. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. The loft bathroom has a garden tub, shower, and double vanity. There are large flatscreens in all guest rooms. Hidden Dunes has swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss.

Good with some inaccuracies

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but it could’ve been cleaner. Found some trash and used silverware under one of the beds and toilet paper holders were literally falling off the wall. The floor would turn your bare feet brown. Location in VRBO is inaccurate. Unit 25 is about 1/4 mile walk to the beach and location dot showed it basically ON the beach. I had to call multiple companies to find out where it actually was located. None of these things would keep us from going back. Overall it’s a great area and we are planning to go back to Hidden Dunes but a different Villa.

Family vaca with our grown kids and grandkids

We had a great vacation and were very pleased with Villa 25. Everything in the villa is as pictured and the deck had plenty for furniture for sitting and was screened in which was a huge plus with a 3-year-old grandson who loves to climb. The villa was the perfect size for our family of 10,5 adults and 5 kids ages 16-3. The kids room upstairs was plenty big, and they loved the bunk beds. There was plenty of drawers for all 5 kids clothing and they had a good size closet and a huge bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and they also had left several tablets for the dishwasher and a small bottle of dish soap and a roll of paper towels which was such a plus and each bathroom had a full roll of toilet paper. The master bedroom/bath was huge and exactly as pictured. There was games and puzzles for the kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy around 5 minutes. The private beach area for Hidden Dunes was very clean and beautiful. There is a beach service to rent your chairs and umbrellas from, the guys were very helpful and attentive, they even carried my bags every day to my chairs. They also had kayaks and paddle boards for rent by the hour or half/full day that were very reasonably priced. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a small playground, basketball court, corn hole and horseshoes right across from the villa that the kids loved. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great location and accommodations for big group

As advertised. A few things you need to know: 1) Your rental contract is with Best Beach Getaways, not a private person. So they have different rules, for example they cleanout the fridge and cabinets. You arrive at a condo with a totally empty fridge and pantry - not even salt and pepper. Bring it or buy it. 2) Checkout is at 10am, a little earlier than typical vrbo properties in my experience 3) Beach umbrella/chair rental is available and they're not hard to get (you don't have to get out there at 7am to get one) but they're not free. 4) Walking distance to the beach is about 2-3 minutes. The golf cart escorts are great but there's no "schedule" - they just ride around and pick people up when they see them. Great location, would visit again either at this condo or another one at Hidden Dunes. Nice place.
