First Floor: Kitchen, living, dining and Queen bedroom with full bathroom.
Second Floor: Master bedroom with King and private bath. Queen bedroom and a room with 2 twin beds and shared bath.

Overall a great place in Santa Rosa!

We went for spring break with three teens and parents. The neighborhood was super cute, well maintained and a nice & short walk to the beach. The only thing I’d suggest is a little love to the house itself. The furniture was pretty beat up (a chair upstairs had iron-on patches over the worn parts), lots of dings on the walls & cabinets, all cosmetic stuff that can be improved upon. Other than that, the location is great and although we didn’t use the pools, it was nice option to have. My husband took advantage of the free golf and the credit towards beach toys was a huge perk as well.
