This modern villa is superbly situated on hill overlooking Ayia Napa, in a new luxury private villa complex that offers tranquillity and relaxation.
With open-plan living area which includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and opens to a patio and swimming pool area, it is carefully designed around your comfort.
Upstairs are 3 good size bedrooms of which double bedroom shares pool view balcony with twin bedroom. On this floor are also en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and family bathroom with bath.
A large roof terrace with outdoor kitchen area offers amazing panoramic sea views and it is the perfect place for late afternoon cocktail.

The railing on the terrace was very dirty.

Good accommodation, comfortable, spacious, beautiful. The equipment is adequate. Cleanliness was problematic: The railing on the terrace was very dirty. The balcony of the roof was not cleaned at all. There was no furniture in the balcony of the room.
