Located on Patacona beach on the 1st line and with direct access from the building to the promenade. Perfect for families looking for privacy and a true break away from the urban bustle and at the same time, have services easily accessible on foot: restaurants, shopping and public transport to visit the most emblematic of the city of Valencia.



Accommodation:

Apartment with a capacity of up to 4 people, garage, wifi and air conditioning. It is the perfect combination of beach and city-rest. Easy access by public transport and all leisure and shopping services, as well as its privileged location on Patacona Beach, will make your stay a relaxing and pleasant experience.



The 62 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Cozy living-dining room with large chaise lounge sofa with double bed, round table for 4 people, Smart TV-HD (Netflix-Hbo...).

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with a bar and two stools (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...).

- Comfortable master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed (KING SIZE), desk and spacious closets.

- Bathroom with sink with mirror, toilet, shower and large shelf. The washer and dryer are also located here.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel. Coffee capsules and 1.5l mineral water bottle.

The neighborhood:

Patacona beach, in the municipality of Alboraya, is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is the natural continuation of Malvarrosa beach, so it shares all its services in terms of leisure and restaurants. This area maintains its charm both during the summer and winter seasons as it is a quiet town, with numerous playgrounds and gardens.

Just a few meters from the apartment is the pedestrian promenade with all kinds of services and leisure facilities: trendy restaurants as well as famous rice restaurants, beach bars to have a drink, wooden walkways in the sand, umbrella and hammock service in the beach, as well as public showers, beach volleyball facilities, etc. In the neighboring neighborhood of Malvarrosa there are supermarkets and ATMs, in addition to the well-known museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.



Horchata is the typical drink of Valencia and its cultivation, typical of the municipalities north of the city, has its epicenter in the town of Alboraya, a municipality to which Patacona beach belongs. For this reason, in this area it is common to find horchaterías where you can taste it. Furthermore, due to its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point to visit the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname “little Venice”; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.

- Bus: Line 31 “Mare Nostrum - Tyrrhenian Sea” accessible in 1 minute walk (95 meters).

Line 19, 31, 92 “La Malvarrosa - Mendizabal Line.

- Tram: Line 4 and 6 “Serrería” 22 minutes walk (1.8km).

Great location

The apartment is located in a secure building immediately adjacent to the beach and to a long walkway beside the beach lined with restaurants. The building was very quiet and the apartment had a nice feeling. Having a very large and comfortable bed was a big plus. We would return to this apartment without a second thought. On Saturday night, after having been in the apartment for three days, the hot water failed. It was still cold on Sunday morning indicating a problem with the hot water heater. I contacted ApartUP and, even on a Sunday, they were able to arrange an alternate apartment for us that afternoon. We were very impressed with the service provided by ApartUP. Even though we really like the apartment we were in, there were several things that require attention that could be easily fixed: - the toilet paper holder attached to the wall is loose and the paper falls off - there are no towel racks in the bathroom - the lighting in the kitchen is poor and could be greatly improved with a light over the sink. - the shower head has a significant leak that reduces the amount of water from the head.

La limpieza muy buena, está muy bien equipado, no le falta de nada , el acceso directo a la playa es muy cómodo. La ubicación es buena , no hay mucho barullo pero tienes todo cerca y muchos autobuses que te llevan a las distintas zonas de la ciudad. Yo pondría algún espejo de cuerpo entero y como cosa práctica un carro de la compra.
