Large and bright condo in a great location completed. Steps away from famous Quinta Avenida (5th avenue) and approximately 8 minute walk to Playa Mamitas with many other local food and shopping options close by.

Space includes large living room, kitchen, fridge, laundry and bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. Unit has also has 65 inch smart TV, SONOS speakers and digital smart locks for entrance. There is also a large balcony that overlooks the sports complex Deportivo Mario Villanueva. Unit also includes: - Towels and Beach Towels - Fresh Linens - Cups and Plates for 2 - Coffee Machine - Shampoo, Conditioner & Soap - Hairdryer.

Great location and Great host

Wonderful apt. with all the ammenities you could hope for. 2 blocks from 5th Ave., with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. 10 min. walk to beach. Host was always easy to reach and very helpful. Rooftop pool was great, also.
