In a beautiful coastal town, we discovered this charming house, very well equipped and with an outdoor space designed to enjoy in company. It is the ideal destination for a getaway to Cantabria. Just 5 minutes by car are the impressive beaches of Berria and Trengandín. In addition, 10 minutes away is the Natural Park of the Santoña Marshes. Just 7 minutes away is the town of Santoña, known for its wide range of tourist and gastronomic activities.

HOUSE LAYOUT
The ground floor has a bright living room with a spacious dining room that connects to the kitchen and one of the outdoor terraces. It also has a full bathroom.

On the first floor, three cosy double rooms and another full bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREA
The terrace, connected to the living room, offers clear views of the surroundings. It has a barbecue area and several outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax in good company: such as another, larger dining area and a smaller one next to the house entrance. The outdoor furniture can be adapted to the guests' needs.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, water boiler, etc. Additionally, it has a small breakfast table and is adjacent to the dining room.

FOR SURF LOVERS
- Located near the popular beaches of Berria and Trengandín, highly appreciated by surfers.
- The house has an outdoor area where boards can be stored.
- There are several surf schools in the vicinity.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.

RULES
