The property is exactly as described. There is a nice dock and located on close proximity to the boat ramp. The property was clean and organized inside and outside. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Run down dirty place

This place is very dirty and needs a lot of maintenance. Let’s start with the electrical problems. Most of the lighting and switches don’t work. Pulled the closet light chain and the whole thing came out of the ceiling. Remotes for all the fans don’t work. Plug sockets are loose and all plugs fall out. Very sketchy electrical stuff going on. The bathrooms have issues also. One shower has only cold water and the other only warm. Both need new shower heads. Also one toilet stopped up and remained that way for 3 days until we were able to fix it. There is no extractor fan in the kitchen. No curtains in the master bedroom or living room. It makes it difficult to sleep with all the light coming in. No blocking the sun and intense heat. Stepping on the back patio you will find rotten boards on the patio and above. The door doesn’t close properly because of the rotting door frame. All the cushions are in poor condition and the grill is falling apart. The palm tree and plants are growing onto the patio. It is messy and the bees seem to love the flowers on the plants. The over growth blocks a lot of the views. We had one person allergic to bees, so this was a big problem. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived. The owner did pay for all of us to have dinner on her until the cleaning crew was finished. We were able to get in 1.5 hours after check in time. It wasn’t very clean and I do have to say we left a day early because we couldn’t take it anymore. I don’t recommend this place.
