The property description claimed it could accommodate groups, so I booked it for 11 people. It took me two hours to find the place, and I only managed thanks to a pedestrian who saw me frantically searching up and down the street. The name of the property wasn’t listed anywhere on the Expedia website or my reservation details. When I finally arrived, I was met with a place in far worse condition than expected, especially for the price charged. Only three of us stayed in one room because I couldn't cancel, and I wasn’t about to waste my money. Overall, a complete disappointment.

It’s a place to stay

The listing was a little deceptive. It didn't state that this was a hostel type property. The rental is only the room and a bathroom with a shared kitchen and living space so I was a little disappointed about that. The property itself was in a good location with lots of places within walking distance. It’s tricky to find though. There’s no street number, only a plaque with the business name and it’s upstairs. Our room was directly in front of the stairs which made it very loud including lots of street noise. Also at night, the stairwell isn’t lit so be careful. I had also asked some questions prior to arrival regarding check in and the WiFi speed via WhatsApp & phone but never got a response. I ended up having to contact Vrbo customer service to get a hold of them. They ended up sending the check in info including the address at the actual check in time.
