This is Quadrable Split level Studio with its own bathroom and open plan kitchen.

The Ground Level has the bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette with small oven, stove, Microwave, Toaster and kettle. Dinning table with 4 chairs.
Double Sofa Bed, Smart 43inch TV with Netflix.

The Upper Level (ONLY 100CM High which is just for sleeping) has a double bed.

the upper floor is accessible by the VERTICAL stairs shown in the pictures.

Convenient location

Place is large downstairs, just be aware the loft area where the bed is has a very low ceiling. Loft stairs are steep, so care needs to be taken when climbing down. Needs a bit of a makeover, as rangehood is pretty old. Fine for a short stay like ours of 2 days.

We were greatly disappointed in this stay. First, the room pictured is not they room we were put in. The room we got was roughly 91sq ft, including the bathroom, kitchen, and living space. (The loft bedroom had more space but did not have a ceiling height high enough to do anything but crawl and still would not have equaled 300sq ft.) Second, it was dirty and broken down. The shower was broken as was the handle into our room. It was so bad we spent as little time there as possible. Lastly, the payment situation was irritating. I believed that, like other bookings, my payment was taken right away. Two days before arriving I got a message on WhatApp from a strange number telling me I still owe for the room. After many conversations and searching through bank accounts, we were told that this company processes payment through a third party and had to pay via a link sent through text to hold our room. I'm glad we only had to be here for one night. I would have rather slept in the airport.
The bathroom is even smaller than advertised. Small was expected.
There was hair all over in the shower.
The handle to run the shower was not fully attached to the wall.
This was the entirety of livable space. Barely enough room for our luggage and us.

The location is quite good, but the apartment is already a bit worn down. Kitchen equipment is quite basic, washing up liquid and sponge are provided but no tea towel.The washing machine smells badly (somehow the water of the sink gets into the machine), but washing detergent is provided.Floor next to the bed was dirty and sleeping on the couch is rather unfcomfortable and only recommended for people shorter than 1,80 m.But in general you get what you see on the picture, a small functual apartment in a decent area.Being contacted by the host just an hour before checking in is not ideal as not everyone has Wifi connection all the time, especially when travelling from abroad.

Lieu très tranquille 5mn métro en face boulangerie et supérette

Arrivée perturbée par le mode de payement entre Abritel et le propriétaire ! Séjour agréable pour la quiétude et les commodité de proximité . Marches du perron très accidentogene! Porte d’entrée extrêmement gondolée Nous devions la claquer pour fermer et lui donner un coup de pied pour l’ouverture 😡 L’appartement nécessite de gros travaux de réparation : SDB:chasse d’eau cassée,robinetterie de la douche à changer. Salle: pas d’aération possible ,chaises bancales. Cuisine : un seul sac poubelle !…,trop peu de couverts :mème pas un seul économe, et de couteaux à viandes. Bonne literie Mauvais Rapport qualité/ prix
