This traditional, bright and spacious three bedroom home is ideal for families or groups visiting St. Andrews!
It's in a central location, on the edge of the University playing fields and within easy walking distance of the Town Centre (10 minutes). It is bright and spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and roomy living room and can comfortably sleep up to eight people.

A historic residence which has been modernised to a great standard, which truly captures the essence of being in St Andrews.

Three generously sized, double bedrooms complemented by two luxurious bathrooms, including a master ensuite. Additionally, we have a double sofa bed in the living room.

Immerse yourself in the expansive kitchen and living space, looking out to a well maintained shared gardens. We also have free on-site parking.

Decent place to stay

As advertised, few things could use updating, could have used a few extra ammenities. Overall decent stay, nothing above and beyond but met our needs. Small hike to all tourist spots. Nice to have green space and maintained walking path to town.

Large bright well equipped flat.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very spacious and the flat was nice and bright looking onto a lovely large garden. Great location - around a 20/25 mins walk to the centre of St. Andrew’s.

Bucket List Golf Trip!!!

This place is amazing! There were 4 of us on a golf trip to play St. Andrews. The location is a 15 minute walk to the Old Course and city center. Fantastic location! The rooms are huge! The property was deathly quite. The owner was great to deal with you and very easy entry. Will defintely book again for our next golf trip. I have booked hundreds of times on VRBO and this exceeded our expectations!
