This cozy one bedroom apartment is situated just next door to a very nice supermarket. The flat features a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV, as well as high speed internet. Of course bed linen and towels are included. The transportation to the city is only a few minutes away - you can reach the city centre in only 20 minutes. Free parking is also available in the area. You're also only a short walk away from the beautiful water.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM: As this is a residential area, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
No outside visitors: Visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
No parties allowed: Gatherings and loud activities are not allowed at any time.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
No commercial sex work: The property and its surroundings must not be used for paid sexual services, including erotic massages or prostitution.
