\"Villa Bardolino\" is on one same floor: the large private garden occupies the entire front of the villa, with a wide lake view.

The whole structure is equipped with large floor-to-ceiling windows, which give a pleasant feeling of continuity with the outdoor spaces.

Entering the villa, the large living area with kitchen directly overlooks the private garden, from which you can admire a wonderful view and sunsets over the lake. You will find two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

In the relaxation area close to the living room, there are comfortable chais longues. A third bathroom with open shower and a spacious walk-in closet complete the equipment.

Outside there is a large private swimming pool with sun loungers. The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September inclusive.

The private covered garage can comfortably accommodate two cars.

Villa Bardolino, welcoming and functional, is a single private property and is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, Smart LCD-TV with satellite channels, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Animals are not allowed.
