What a wonderful place for our family trip to London! The home was just as pictured - clean and comfortable for our party of 6. It is located near several cute shops, grocery stores, and restaurants and an easy walk to all public transportation (we took the underground or bus daily). Communication with Luke was easy and efficient even over the holiday.
Luke is a great host - constantly offering assistance and recommendations. He’s also very responsive.The unit is a nice, centrally-located residence with a washer-dryer - very important!
The home was clean and looked like the pictures. The communication with the host was excellent and he checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well. King’s Cross underground is about 15-20 walking distance, the overground train station is closer. It took us no more than 10 minutes to walk up to the overground. There are plenty of bus stops close by if you do not want to walk to the stations. Overall, this was a great spot for our golf/football vacation.
Great apartment, roomy for our group of 4 adults! Clean and very well stocked. Super convenient to buses, overland and underground plus lots of dining and grocery options. Communication with Luke is incredible, he answers questions quickly! Would highly recommend!!!

Very nice property and enjoyed by our group of 6. Nice walking distance to Underground and neighborhood groceries and restaurants. Luke was extremely responsive to our many questions both before and during our stay which was much appreciated.

This flat was perfect for our family of 5. The flat was immaculate and well supplied with all the necessities. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The flat was exactly as pictured. We found the location to be excellent to travel via the tube. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the Tube station at King’s Crossing. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Luke, the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Traveled with 5 friends to London for a quick 3-day trip before heading to Scotland. The accommodations were well situated north, via attractions. Used King’s Cross Station to catch the tube each morning to different sites and Uber back at night. The accommodations were inviting, clean, and well-maintained. The host was great. Everything went very well. Highly recommended for easy access to the tube and if traveling to Scotland by train.
Location near Kings Cross - about a 15min walk, but there are bus stops along the way that could drop you off so your walk would be shortened to 3 minutes. I would say that it takes approx. 35-40 minutes to get to the typical London spots to visit. Playground and basketball courts across the street. Fit our family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids (10,12,14) well for a 2 week stay. Sufficient kitchenware for 5, but dishes would definitely get tight with 7 or 8 people. Washer/dryer combo worked great.Beds and bedding were comfortable. A variety of pillows (soft, firm, thin, thick, etc) allowing 2 per person.Internet was fast and reliable during our stay. Luke was responsive to messages.Thanks for a great place to stay while we were in London!

You will not get space like this for the price anywhere in London. We were 3 adults and 4 teenagers. Conveniently located near Kings Cross station and we used the bus everyday. We loved the new Coal Drops area. The inside of the space was very clean and newly renovated. Seven of us eating at the table was pretty tight, but we normally ate out, so it wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable beds and linens with plenty of towels. Contact with the host was fast and easy.
Sehr schöne, zweigeschossige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Pubs, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Luke war jederzeit bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, dabei stets höflich und flexibel. Ausgezeichnete und ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattet. Worauf man achten sollte: Die Heizung nachts abstellen, damit die Gastherme nicht arbeitet (etwas laut). Ansonsten nur weiterzuempfehlen.
