Appliances include a Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, an EV charging point (charges payable), and a garden with a hot tub, lawns, patio and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request (please request upon booking). Town: Sidmouth is an elegant seaside resort on the south Devon stretch of Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site of great natural beauty. Here is where the River Sid cuts through the Devon hills to meet the sea at Lyme Bay, creating a clean pebbly beach, giving way to golden sands at low tide backed by dramatic red cliffs creating a safe family beach with rockpools and safe bathing. Sidmouth is lined with stylish Regency cream-and-white architecture, creating an elegant Esplanade which makes for a relaxing stroll whilst looking out towards Beer Head. Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium. There are a variety of attractions around Sidmouth including Pecorama with award-winning miniature railway and gardens, the Seaton tramway and the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve.
