This brand new spacious apartment is settled on the 3rd floor at a family building ,offering amazing panoramic sea and mountain views .
Apartment consists of comfortable living room with dinning area ,equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and full bathroom.
HIGHLIGHT is large sea view furnished balcony where you can enjoy in the bay view, relax and sunbath. You will also have sea view from the bedroom and access to this balcony.
Great advantage is direct access to the sea ,in front of the house, just across the street.
Another main point is private parking space.
Apartment is very good located , just 5 mins walk to the supermarket, next to the Hyatt resort and surrounded with few restaurants in 1km range.
For your more comfortable stay, we also offer transfers from any airport, rent a kayak and private speed boat and car excursions.

Peaceful and quiet

We arrived late due to road closures but the host gave us specific details including where we go get groceries etc. the house was perfect for a couple. Clean with everything you need. The view from the balcony was perfect to wake up to. Good restaurants in walking distance and a place to part your car safely. The only comment I have is if you were having someone sleep on the sofa bed they would be very disturbed by the sun in the morning as there was Jo blind. For us it wasn’t a problem.Any problem the host answered straight away. Definitely recommend it if you want to stay a little outside of Kotor
