Nice community-Dated home

Bungalow is located in a lovely neighbourhood, home is spacious but dated. Ample supply of linens, cooking, baking and cleaning supplies. Torn paper window covering in the entrance is an eyesore. Lots of lawn furniture and two barbecues, both of which were dirty when we arrived. Back yard unkempt upon our arrival with weeds over a foot high when we left. Owner initially difficult to reach by us or VRBO when we had questions early in our stay.

This is a very well kept, safe neighborhood. All neighbors are so friendly. It has lots of parks and recreation areas so close to the home. It is the first subdivision you will come to from the phoenix area, which makes it easy coming and going to the Phoenix area
