The main villa is set across two levels, the ground floor features bedrooms 4, 5 & 6, a kitchen, two living rooms, separate dining room and bathroom. The cosy lounge includes comfortable sofas and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the items that you will need for a self catering stay. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3, a bathroom and ensuite are located on the upper level. Bedrooms 2 & 3 on the upper level have patio doors leading to the terrace with table & chairs, sea views and views overlooking the property gardens. All bedrooms are spacious, fitted with wardrobes and have comfortable beds.

The exterior includes many chill out spots, garden areas, pool terrace and access to the annexes. The villa’s décor continues into the annexes which are an excellent feature to have for guests in the group who are looking for extra privacy to have their own space. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with palm and fruit trees, which transform into a magical setting when illuminated at night. Guests are invited to enjoy alfresco dining beneath the shaded pergola and make the most of the BBQ for memorable meals together. The 12 x 5m private pool features a 1.6m deep end and a shallow 0.7m children’s area. On the pool terrace, you’ll find sunbeds, parasols, a shaded pergola with seating, and plenty of space to relax.

Bring your loved ones and create lasting memories together. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

LOCATION:

There is a short cut route from the villa to the centre of the resort, this route is via a back entrance on a unmade rocky flat pathway. We recommend you make your own risk assessment before using this route. This route has nothing to do with the villa owners or Tenerife Villas Online who both cannot be held responsible. This villa is located in the up and coming area of Playa Paraiso (Costa Adeje), only a 10 minute walk to all local amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach with beautiful calm sea. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.
Also holds its very own beach club/complex which adjoins the beach itself and is fantastic to have on your doorstep. The Hard Rock has become a very popular destination and you are welcome to use some of their facilities, charges may apply. Returning guests have told us they’ve had 1 or 2 great days/evenings spent at the hotel on their feedback to us. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa.
