South Cave is situated just 10 minutes from the Humber Bridge and is nestled in between York, Beverley and Hull with easy access to the A63. The village boasts a number of listed buildings including the Church of All Saints and the medieval Cave Castle with its golf course, gym and heated swimming pool. If you fancy a drink or a bite to eat the Fox and Coney Pub serve up excellent food, premium draught beers, spirits, an extensive array of wines and a variety of cocktails. The Bear is a very popular traditional village pub offering local ales, a good selection of beers, spirits and even some local wines. In addition to the two pubs the Trinity Bar and Kitchen, The Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant (at the golf club), the Courtyard Bistro and the Windsor restaurant at cave castle all provide fabulous, varied food and drinks menus. Further notable local attractions are the ‘Little Wold Vineyard’ winner of several national awards for their wines and Drewtons Farm Shop & Kitchen where local fayre is served in the kitchen and also sold in their lovely well stocked farm shop. Both of these are also fabulous and very popular wedding venues, along with Cave Castle.
