Parking could be a problem but we were able to park our vehicle fairly close by and we really appreciated the box of treats that was left for us. Our stay at May cottage was a great experience, we found it clean and comfortable and would recommend this property any time.

Excellent modern townhouse in very easy reach of all the amenities.House is very clean and well presented with all the necessary appliances and utensils.Parking at the property- the carport is okay for a small car, but I parked my SUV in the garage. The owner also arranged a resident parking permit, should we need it.Communication with Sara, the owner, was first class.Highly recommended accommodation.

Lovely house, great location

The house had everything we needed and the small courtyard had sun for most of the day. Parking availability was a bonus! The location was great for easy walking access to the town and local pubs and restaurants.

The property was very spacious, well equipped and clean.We couldn’t believe how quiet the area was to say we were only a few hundred yards from the beautiful town centre of Beverley. The property had a lovely courtyard too so we were able to sit out day or evening.

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed in this property and it won’t be our last! The property is situated down a quiet road within easy walking distance to the heart of the lovely town of Beverley. The property is clean and tidy and well equipped. There’s a lovely patio area to the back of the house too. The parking space, at the property, is quite tight. I have a Corsa and managed to park with a bit of manoeuvring so if you have a larger car it may be worth you asking for a permit to park further down the road. If ever I’ve had to correspond with Sara, the owner, she has been really helpful. Would recommend!

Well placed property in the heart of Beverley

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable property. The host was very responsive to questions, particularly about the size of the car port. This is a very tight fit but our Hyundai i20 just got into the space, but we were thankful of our parking sensors! The property is extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The only small thing was that it is impossible to open the dishwasher door fully as it touches the oven door. It just made loading and unloading a tad awkward. Apart from that small thing, everything was excellent and we would happily return.

Great Modern and clean property, perfect for short or long stays.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beverley, main reason was the location of Sara's property it was in the perfect location for walking around Beverley and so close to the market square and all amenities, restaurants etc. The house was perfect for our needs and i would certainly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Beverley.

We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run. Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions

Ideal location, great stay

This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.

A quiet and peaceful base near town centre.

9 Tiger Lane was the ideal base for a few days. So near the middle of Beverley yet very quiet with birds nesting in the little garden. A great space, very comfortable and with all we needed for our visit.

Four of us stayed in Beverley for three nights. The townhouse was in a great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and the main shopping street. We found the accommodation was just as described, very comfortable and clean. Some difficulty with the internet, but solved very quickly by our hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great find.

The property was easy to find, clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was excellent, less than 5 mins from Saturday Market. The accommodation is on 3 floors so not ideal for anyone with significant mobility problems. The garage is small, as stated, but we squeezed a Renault Clio in. We'd definitely stay here again.

the house is very well located. The street is very calm and you at the border of the city center of Beverly. The house is well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful. In the neighbourhood there are shops, busstation.. Nice stay in a lovely place

My husband and I bought No.9 Tiger Lane approximately one year ago and spent time refurbishing the property to create a modern yet comfortable base for guests to enjoy. We have lived in a nearby village for many years so know Beverley well and what it has to offer. We were attracted to the central location of the property as it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy Beverley's attractions and amenities - especially the many places to dine - without always having to use the car.

Why they chose this property

The property is so convenient for all that Beverley has to offer, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood are right on the doorstep for picnics or evening strolls. If you want a day without the car, it's easy to hop on a bus or a train to the coast or visit the attractions of York, Leeds or Harrogate. Hull is only 15 minutes away by train where you can visit the art gallery, its many free museums or The Deep - one of the world's most spectacular aquariums.

What makes this property unique

The central location of 9 Tiger Lane allows guests to enjoy its many cafes, bars and restaurants without having to use a car as all are within walking distance.
