Nice apartment by the sea with a great terrace and beautiful views. Located in Golf del Sur, with a beautiful and spacious terrace to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful views of the sea and the golf course. It is an ideal location where you can enjoy the sun all year round, the tranquility and the beautiful views. You can also enjoy beautiful walks watching the sea and beautiful sunsets. It is a quiet area and has a wide variety of services and shops just a few minutes away.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. It has a beautiful and practical American kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living-dining room also with access to the terrace and a complete bathroom with a washing machine.
The complex is very well maintained and safe, and it also has a great swimming pool, a large one and a children's one. There is also a restaurant from where you can also enjoy the sea views.
