About this property

Apartment with Sea View

Our apartment is located in the popular Golf del Sur region. Only 15 minutes drive from the south airport and 20 minutes drive to Los Cristianos. Only a 10 minute walk to the 18 hole Golf del Sur championship golf course and also the very prestigious Amarilla golf. There is a small sandy beach with numerous bars and restaurants located only a 5 minutes walk away. The very popular San Blas shopping centre is also a 10 minutes walk. There are regular buses which stop outside the complex, a taxi rank and several hire car firms within 2 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with lift access) so has excellent views of the ocean. It is well equipped and offers a fully fitted kitchen Free unlimited wifi English TV and ample storage, it's maintained to a high standard to ensure your stay is as peaceful and comfortable as possible. Opposite the apartment there is a bowling green.

I post the keys so there is no waiting around to meet someone you can get straight in no matter what time you arrive so the apartment is only available to residents of the UK and Ireland.

The apartment is in a great location and was ideal for our short break. Within a short walk were a few restaurants which all served lovely food, a couple of supermarkets and bars. Easy access to public transport with a bus stop and taxi rank right outside. This is a much quieter place than the noisy neighbours in Las Americas or Los Cristianos, but suited us perfectly.

Great location, overlooking pool and fabulous seaview. Bus stop right outside apartment block. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen well equipped with the exception of some wine glasses. Bed and sofa bed comfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work which was unfortunate but didn't spoil our stay. Mark did try his best to help us with it but possibly more our issues with technology or maybe there was a problem with it??

Mark is a great host, easy to get in touch with and answered any questions promptly. We had no problem with the apartment and would love to stay againThe apartment was clean and well equipped for our 4 week stay. Pool area is kept clean with plenty of sun-beds, minor problem no sun umbrellas. Near to bus stop, shops and local bars all within easy walking distance, We stay in the Golf Del Sur about 8 weeks a year and will definitely try for this apartment again.

Months stay

Just spent an excellent month in this property. The photos were a true depiction of the property and Mark was very easy to deal with. My brother joined me for a week mid-way through my stay and hired a car. I hadn't asked Mark for a fob for the car park as didn't realise my brother had ordered a hire car. However, he posted the fob to my brothers address so he would have it for when he arrived. Excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall a lovely apartment with good views!

Apartment good got all you need with a lovely balcony overlooking pool & sea! no English TV which was promised! disappointing as on my own! Pity as everything else was very good!
