Enjoy your own Devon holiday experience at Sea Views. Detached bungalow with great sea views, private hottub and gardens. With 3 large bedrooms (x1 queen size with sunroom, x1 double, x1 twin). Large living/dining space, with piano and open fire. 1.5 bathrooms, large sun terrace with sun beds, large fully equipped kitchen, private gardens, BBQ area, outdoor dining, all with AMAZING SEA VIEWS of the Bay. Most areas are disable access friendly. Most dog’s are welcome, but please ask about your furry friends before you book. Fully enclosed back garden. Hot tub is all yours. Check out our guidebook to get the most out of your holiday. Including spa experience. Fishing. Water park, local beaches, or ask us about our lakeside lodge.

The space
You will have total private access to a large bungalow-hot tub and gardens. Your co host Reuben(our son) stays in a separate dwelling attached to the bungalow, only a small utility room with washing machine is shared. Ensuring you have total privacy in this beautifully located holiday let.

Situated in a quiet residential area but within 15 min walk to the sea front, shops and take aways. So sorry, but no bachelorette/ bachelor party’s. We hope the pictures speak for themselves, and you have a memorable stay.

Flat ramp access with hand rail, through to double door access. Also a single front door. Walk in wet room. No stairs to access back garden and outside dinning area. Self check In available with lock box. Or have us show you around.

Lovely property on the hillside above Paignton. We stayed here with two kids and had more than enough space. Views from the patio and hot tub are great, looking down onto Paignton and out to see. Very attentive hosts who responded to queries very quickly.

Excellent!

The host was so accommodating. We needed to change our original booking, which was no trouble at all. The accommodation had lovely sized rooms, was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything we could need..even some board games. We hadn't played Scrabble for years which was a lot of fun. The only thing I would suggest is either additional or larger towells but our stay was faultless towellslarger towellst play
