The Libsurne Place Town House has a fantastic central location just a short walk from Torquay harbour with its multitude of bars, resturants and cafes and Torquay town centre. It is seconds away from key bus routes. This means that it is the ideal base from which to explore all that The English Riviera has to offer. Immediately opposite the property is a hugely popular Austrian restaurant as well as a Chinese takeaway. Seconds away is a superb small cafe ideal for morning breakfasts without the fuss have having to prepare them yourselves. Within easy walking distance of the property are attractions such as Torquay Museum and The Hollywood Bowl
The Lisburne Place Town House was built in 2001 and fully refurbished fully refurbished in June of 2021 and now provides luxury holiday three bedroom accommodation for visitors.
The property is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with a modern well equipped kitchen as well as dining areas and an area for relaxing which has large sumptuous leather sofas and large screen SMART TV. For the convenience of guests there is also a cloakroom with toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a beautiful and chic double bedroom as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. On this floor too is the fully refitted luxury family bathroom. This has a bath with a shower over as well as toilet and basin.
On the top floor of the property is the main suite which comprises a very large bedroom with a feature wooden bedstead as well as a sofa and large amounts of storage space. In addition there is a fully refitted ensuite shower room.
Outside , the property has its own private courtyard and there is parking in the property's own garage. There is further unrestricted, free on street parking within a few seconds of the property.

Lisburne Place has been refurbished to a 5 star plus standard so inside it really is somewhere special to stay. Its location is central to Torquay with the harbour only being a 5 minute walk. The property comes with parking and even a south facing patio.
