Accommodating up to 8 and 4 people, our apartments feature large bedrooms with king-size beds (180cm x 200cm).
The 8-person apartment features a master suite with private bathroom and toilet.

The living areas feature fully-equipped kitchens (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), a dining area and a lounge.

From the large picture windows, you'll have an unobstructed view of the wooded garden and swimming pool!
On the living room side, the sofa beds can sleep 160x200, bringing the capacity of the gîtes to 8 and 4 people respectively.

The basement features a wellness area with hammam, jacuzzi, relaxation lounge and shower. A Sonos sound system is also available.
Access to the relaxation facilities is free.

On the garden side, you'll find two large terraces. One features a low outdoor seating area, vegetation and a barbecue. The other, near the swimming pool (10m x 4m), is equipped with sun loungers for maximum relaxation.

The Arras basin is rich in tourist activities!
The 2 magnificent squares are the scene of the Saturday market, the Christmas market and the Arras film festival...
Visits to the Belfry and Wellington quarries are also a must!
For history buffs, Arras and the surrounding area bear witness to the past: Vimy, Notre dame de Lorette, Thiepval memorial, Newfoundland memorial, etc...
The direct proximity to the beaches of the Opal Coast, Lille and Belgium is much appreciated by our travelers!
Finally, it's hard not to mention the Main Square festival!
