It has a large garden with a platform equipped for solarium and relaxation, exclusive access to the patio equipped with dining area. Inside the property there is private parking with electric column for charging vehicles. The cottage is entirely powered by solar energy thanks to the presence of solar panels. The property is accessible only by private means through the road that climbs the hill to reach 150 mt above the sea to enjoy unparalleled views and peace. Distances: 2.5 km from the sea, 2.4 from the sandy and rocky beach, 3 km from the Port of Ventimiglia, 12 km from France, Menton, 3.5 km from Ventimiglia, 7 km from Bordighera, 18 km from Sanremo and about 22 from the Sanremo Golf Club. The first supermarket is about 2.5 km away, Nice airport about 40 km away.

Incredible

The house and everything about it was absolutely wonderful. Clean incredible beautiful setting over the Mediterranean. The house had everything needed. Excellent cooking, dining and glassware. AC and heating were great. Great kitchen and living room area. Great internet. There is a charger for charging an electric car which we had and used. Charge during the day using solar power to avoid any night time fees for charging. The drive up the road takes a little getting used to as it is one lane in parts and pretty steep. The house is close to the old town France, beaches, Menton and mountain towns. Our host was fantastic. She was there to help us with anything that came up and orient us to the house. Two remote controlled gates to drive in assuring safety. Being on the lawn over the sea with the views down the coast was zen like serenity. Stay here if you can.
