This accommodation has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Equipped with air conditioning and functional furniture, the bedrooms offer a fresh and tidy atmosphere throughout the stay.



The heart of the home is a spacious living-dining room with an American kitchen equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer Here you can relax watching television or share unforgettable moments with family. In addition, there is an auxiliary toilet for greater comfort.



The exterior is a true oasis with a private pool and a covered barbecue area ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and fun moments with your loved ones The garden is fenced and has furniture so you can relax and make the most of the space. The plot has 150 m² of terrace, perfect for sunbathing or dining under the stars.



The owners live on the same premises, although without access to the pool and outdoor areas, except for maintenance, which provides tranquility and privacy to the guests.



The location is excellent, just 2 km from the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bus station and a wide range of leisure activities. In addition, it is very well connected to explore the province of Málaga, with the coast, natural parks, golf courses and beaches less than 30 km away. Perfect for combining rest and active tourism.



This 160 m² accommodation is tastefully furnished, offering mountain views that provide a natural and relaxing environment. It has heat pump heating, washing machine, fireplace and wifi internet access to keep you connected during your stay.
