Just 250m from the beach, this light-filled first-floor apartment for 6 people, is the ideal destination for a relaxed beach holiday on the glamorous Costa Smeralda.

With a spacious, shaded balcony overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf of Arzachena, the apartment encourages indoor/outdoor living. Guests can relax on sun loungers or enjoy meals al fresco at the dining table.
Large French windows lead into the sitting room, which has a sofa, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV. Towards the rear of the room is a dining table and an open-plan, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Location
The apartment is in the village of Laconia, just 4 minutes north of the picturesque former finishing village of Cannigione. Laconia lies between the Gulf of Arzachena and the craggy hills of north-eastern Sardinia. It is a stunning location.

Laconia Beach is just a 4-minute walk. It is known for its fine white sand and clear water. The beach is ideal for snorkelling, kayaking and canoeing. There is a fine restaurant, serving local cuisine.

If you can tear yourself away from the beach then the historic centre of Cannigione offers exclusive boutiques and many excellent restaurants and cafés. Cannigione also hosts a night market where you can find a wide variety of local crafts, fashions and fresh produce.

Further up the coast is the port of Palau (17 minutes) From here you can take a ferry to the gorgeous Maddalena Archipelago, which offers breathtaking snorkelling and unspoiled beaches. It is the perfect day out.

Olbia Airport is a 40-minute drive from the apartment.
