Playa Blanca Private Pool & Air Conditioning with separate Annexe available.
This beautiful property, constists of two bedroom two bathroom property and also a separate Annexe where you will find the 3rd bedroom and bathroom which becomes available when you book for 5 or 6 persons.
It has a private pool and spacious sun terrace and gardens. It is located in the quiet residential area of Faro Park, which is on the western side of Playa Blanca, but situated within easy access to the sea front promenade, which runs all the way from the lighthouse, into the centre of Playa Blanca itself.
You will find a selection of local bars/cafes, small supermarkets, and numerous quality restaurants, just a stones throw away, which makes this area very self sufficient.
INTERIOR – Main Property
Living Room:
The front door opens into the hallway and open plan living room and kitchen area.
The lounge has been tastefully decorated and is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, SMART TV, with Mag box (providing all BBC/ITV/CH4/5 etc, all Sky channels, box sets, movies and much more) and coffee table.
There is an open doorway that leads to the inside dining room and patio doors lead out onto the sun terrace and pool area.
Dining Room:
A spacious dining area with table and chairs with seating for 6. A door leads out onto the sun terrace and pool area. A further door provides access to the utility area where you can find the washing machine.
Kitchen:
Modern, open plan kitchen with fitted units, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, and toaster. It has an archway and breakfast bar, giving a view into the living room.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
King size bedroom with wall mounted lighting, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with reading lamps. En-suite with WC, bath with shower over, hand basin and vanity mirror.
Bedroom 2
Twin bedroom with wall mounted lighting, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dresser and bedside table with reading lamp.
Family Bathroom
Separate bathroom with WC, large, step in shower and a single hand wash basin unit with vanity mirror.
ANNEX:
This will be made available for bookings of 5 people or more, Please note this is accessed from the pool terrace or from the front driveway, it cannot be entered from within the main property, so is not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.
INTERIOR:
Living Room/Kitchen:
Entering from the pool terrace, you walk in to a bright and spacious, open plan living room with kitchen, which is fitted with fridge freezer, hob and oven. The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD Player. The main TV system is in the main property. There is a staircase leads to the mezzanine style bedroom.
Bedroom 3
Double bed with one bedside table and lamp and a chest of drawers. It has an En-suite with single hand basin, vanity mirror, WC and bath with shower over.
EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terrace:
Positioned outside the inside dining room door is a chill out corner with rattan furniture. Next to that is the Canarian BBQ for the chef in the family.
The living room doors lead out to the shaded informal dining/seating area, with a rattan table and rattan seating for 6. All of this providing a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the mature, landscaped gardens and private, swimming pool.
The sun terrace provides sun beds and other seating areas, together with a 7.5m x 3.5m (depth 1.2m to 1.7m), electrically heated (November to April inclusive) private pool, with stepped entry. A perfect setting for a fabulous stay in Lanzarote!

It is approximately 5 kms out of Playa Blanca but situated within easy access to the seafront promenade which runs all the way from the lighthouse into Playa Blanca.
The town centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-10 minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.
The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €6.00.
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off street parking for one car. The main property is all on one floor, but the annex is on two floors.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing.
Please note the separate annexe is automatically included when the booking is for 5 people or more, if you would like the use of the separate annexe for less than 5 people, please ask for the cost of making this annex available to you. Please note this is accessed from the pool terrace or from the front driveway, you cannot enter the annexe from within the main villa, so is not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age., First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free.
Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
