Our private Villa is fitted to a luxury standard and is located 25 mins drive from Arrecife airport, 3km from Playa Blanca town centre and 5 mins walk from the sea front promenade which spans the shoreline from the Lighthouse to the Marina. Within a 5 minute walk there are the local shops at Faro Park, restaurants, cafe and bars. Enjoy the views of Montana Roja and Fuerteventura while you relax and enjoy a well earned holiday. The main bedroom has air conditioning/heating and both bedrooms have shuttered windows enabling the rooms to remain cool and provide a darkened sleeping area if required. A private heated swimming pool is located to the rear of the house and is set in a walled and planted garden.Private parking spot to the front of the villa. Beach towels are provided and there are two bicycles -1 lady and 1 gents for guest use. Local housekeeper and a courtesy call during your stay. The Villa has everything to make this a 'home away from home' in a peaceful and tranquil setting. Paradise! Villa Dolores accommodates up to 4 adults (children aged 15 or over).

Having visited Lanzarote on many occasions we couldn't think of a better place to buy. We were attracted to the warm all year round sunshine and laid back lifestyle which appeals to people of all ages and is a complete contrast to our everyday busy lives in the South of England. We visit as often as possible to recharge our batteries at this beautiful, tranquil villa.
Why they chose this property
There were many reasons why we decided to purchase in Lanzarote–flight time is just under 4 hours, the time zone is the same, the Island is so beautiful and unspoilt and of course the guaranteed sunshine all year round.We chose Playa Blanca well because in our opinion none of the other resorts can compete. Playa Blanca has it all - low rise, well planned resort with the most breath-taking views and beaches and just 25 minutes drive from the airport.A few minutes walk from the coastline which hosts 2 beaches–Playa Montana and Flamingo and the local shops are just around the corner.The town of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away.When we viewed the property with its location just a few minutes from the coast we just knew this was what we had been looking for.
What makes this property unique
Villa Dolores, detached and built to a very high specification, large garden, private pool (electrically heated), private parking, marble flooring throughout and high ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom to give a light and airy feeling. Newly fitted air conditioning/heating in the main bedroom. We visit regularly to inspect the property and ensure it is maintained to the luxury standard that we want and would expect if we were renting.We have engaged the services of a local English speaking villa management company and our housekeepers Karen & Mike take as much pride in the Villa as we do.Should you choose to rent with us we can assure you that we will look after you very well as we appreciate that your holiday is important to you.Villa Dolores offers peace and tranquility and is a ‘Home Away From Home'
