Elegant independent villa... you can spend your holidays in complete relaxation

In an exclusive location a few minutes from the beaches of Campofelice di Roccella and a few kilometers from the sea of Cefalù, one of the major UNESCO attractions, in a strategic location, this exuberant independent villa is an oasis away from everyday life.
A short walk from a Spa centre, open all year round, where you can relax and let yourself be enveloped by the scented oils and steam of the Hammam.
Equipped with all comforts, Villa Solia welcomes up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor, two of them with a double bed and one with a French bed and all equipped with air conditioning. Inside the house you will find three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
The living area on the ground floor, large and bright, is served by two large kitchens equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee maker, large pantry and everything to let you feel like home.
The large windows provide a continuous dialogue with the wide outdoor space which becomes an integral part of the interior design of the house.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Surrounded by nature and embellished by a generous garden with a large English lawn that borders the wonderful swimming pool where you can softly enjoy the summer sun, this villa will give you moments of absolute peace. The outdoor spaces are fully furnished with deckchairs, umbrellas and sun loungers.
Internal parking suitable for 2 cars; there is a charging station for the electric car.

Car is recommended to move freely and visit all the nearby places of interest

The villa is managed by the staff of the Limen Wellness hotel, a boutique hotel within walking distance, where our guests can enjoy on special discounts for the use of the wellness center and the connected services.

Upon arrival, our staff will provide you with useful information for the correct use of the house and will give you the access keys to the villa.

Upon request we also offer services of:
• rental car;
• rental boats;
• home restaurant;
• diving;
• Home breakfast;
• international breakfast at the Limen Wellness hotel.


Other things to keep in mind

Small pets are allowed, subject to prior notification to our staff, which will incur small additional costs.

The basic rate is for a minimum number of 4 people.
The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and involves an additional cost per stay of €350.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Guests of more than 4 people will pay an extra rate per person per night as will be indicated in the quote, according to seasonality.
