Family holiday

The apartment was lovely. Situated in the perfect spot for exploring Barcelona. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and the Metro a few minutes away . The balcony has great views you can even see the La Sagrada Familia, which is very impressive. Plenty of room for 6 adults with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment with AC overlooking the City

Great location (a 5 minute walk from Sagrada Familia)... lots of access to neighborhood bakeries, restaurants, metro. AC was WONDERFUL in the hot/humid weather. Coffee maker is Nespresso machine- so buy your capsules in the grocery store!

Le processus de réservation s'est très bien déroulé et la personne responsable de notre accueil est arrivée en même temps que nous à l'appartement.Points positifs :• La terrasse est un gros plus. Nous y avons soupé plusieurs soirs avec une vue magnifique sur la Sagrada Família et la Tour Glòries qui s'illuminent à la nuit tombée. C'est tout simplement splendide.• L'appartement est propre, très bien situé avec plusieurs épiceries et de très bons restaurants à distance de marche.• Les lits sont confortables.Points à améliorer et suggestions :• L'accueil et les explications nous ont été transmis très rapidement, et il n'y a aucun guide de référence dans l'appartement pour les locataires.• Le système de clés : Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la clé de la porte d'entrée. Ce sont de vieilles clés (trois au total) et pour nous, qui habitons en Amérique du Nord et sommes habitués à la technologie, l'ouverture de la porte a été assez compliquée et stressante à chaque retour. Nous avons dû demander l'aide d'un voisin à deux reprises. Une serrure plus moderne faciliterait grandement le séjour.• La laveuse ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai demandé la marche à suivre à Alejandra (la personne responsable), mais la laveuse ne fonctionnait toujours pas et il n'y a pas eu de suivi par la suite. J'ai donc dû faire ma lessive à la main.• L'occultation des chambres : Il n'y a pas de stores ni de rideaux opaques dans deux des trois chambres, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile.
