There's a kitchen equipped with a range style cooker and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a utility with a washing machine. There's a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove - fire wood will only be provided during the months of October to Mid-April. -, fire guard and a TV. Solar and air source heat pump heating, underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and two wooden cots are available on request. Outside there's an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
