The 2 Bedroom apartment with sea views is situated on the 5th floor of the Lantern designed building, accessed via a lift, it stands out at the furthest point into the sea along the New Forest side of the Solent coastline accessed within the outline of Hythe Village, Southampton A lovely 2 Bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with lifts, the apartment is on one level so quite accessible. There is a sea view where you can see the boats come in and out of Southampton from the balcony. One bedroom is double with ensuite and the other is a twin room. There is a family bathroom in the hall. Beds are made for arrival and towels and a hair dryer are provided. The lounge has lovely views with the floor to ceiling windows and leads onto a fully equipped kitchen, which has a washer/ dryer, air fryer, cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Everything you would need to feel at home. Hythe is a lovely coastal Village with small shops and a supermarket within walking distance. There is a designated parking space for the property number 19 next to the bike shed at the front of the building. The Hythe Village, the Ferry to Southampton and the buses are all within walking distance.

The apartment was in a great location with fabulous views over towards Southampton. It was very welcoming and well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The welcome box was a nice touch. The host kept us fully informed prior to arrival, which was great. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment in the Lantern.

We had an excellent stay at The Lantern. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well organized, and it made settling in very easy.The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication with Tina was great throughout — clear, responsive, and helpful.The location was convenient, with easy parking and a quiet, pleasant environment. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome package, which was a very nice touch.Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
