We had a fun stay, loved the coziness of the condo. Hot tubs were great after the long days of skiing. Condo is on bus route. Thank you for hosting us.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Hope to see you again.
We enjoyed our stay in Vail. The location was really convenient to everything Vail has to offer and the condo was well stocked with necessities. The outside area was great for the kids to play in the snow.

Unbearable noise, bad BBQ grill and overall dirty unit
Terrible experience. You could hear foot steps pounding from the unit above at all times of day and night. Clearly no sound proofing whatsoever. Also asked to make sure it had a BBQ grill but what it had was an abandoned grill that had never been cleaned and in terrible condition.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The noise was not from us, it was from the guest above, did you notify us or call the authorities? The BBQ grill is a new one and is installed in the unit. If there was an issue on the cleanliness did you notify my manager in Vail? We can get that taken care of right away.
Nice unit, enjoyed our stay. Fireplace and sitting area very cozy and comfortable. Carpeting just needs to be replaced badly in the living room walkway, very dirty. Small expense to get that 5 star rating.

I will get the carpet cleaners in there. It had not been reported back to me.
Glad you enjoyed your stay, hope to see you again.
This place is a 15 minute walk to the Lionshead Gondola (via pedestrian overpass), so you do not have to deal with the bus. However, there is a bus stop conveniently located right next to the unit for your use. The condo has a nice heated outdoor pool with two outdoor hot tubs.
Check-in process was slightly inconvenient. We had to check-in at the property management office in Vail village to receive a code for the unit. This code could have just been emailed/texted to us, rather than having to show up in person to get it.

You have to come to our office to check in and provide the security deposit on the rental. The good thing is, that you have a real live person in Vail to address any possible trouble with your rental.
A lil different as you have to check in and drive to real estate office in Vail Village which is challenging finding office and a place to park.....property people very responsive, but lil thinks like had to purchase hand soap, the realty bayh soap was awful, and no shampoo?
Seemed a bit frugal considering im paying a premium during Christmas week.
The grill was nice and fireplace and washer dryer were great features
We drove to Vail Vil parking for skiing, parking lot at the condo was a bit sketchy, seemed many times not sufficient spaces, not sure who was monitoring cars validation
The bus stop is a few steps from the Unit, and the caretaker of the parking lot will plow and shovel when needed
Again experience on these few items may be due to Christmas New Years timeframe related

Glad you had a good time. I will check on the soap quality.
The stay was good. Easy access to the free Vail bus transportation system. Heater didnt seem to want to get below 73. So the room stayed pretty hot at night. Like make you sweat hot. Hot tubs and pool were nice. All in all a good stay

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I will check on the heat, sounds like a zone valve may have been stuck open.
