Welcome to my home!

It is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator. Tastefully decorated, this lovely 40m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a dining table, and a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming accommodation is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions. Guests can easily visit the stunning Luís I Bridge, the historic Livraria Lello bookstore, and the impressive Porto Cathedral. In addition, the area is home to various restaurants and bars, including the popular Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. With its central location, my home is the perfect base for exploring all Porto offers.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two nearby metro stations, Bolhão and 24 de Agosto. Both stations are just a short 6-7 minute walk away, making it easy for guests to explore the city and its many attractions.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
