Tastefully decorated, this beautiful apartment with 62m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a convertible double sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a nice balcony with a garden view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the common swimming pool during the seasonal period.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a perfect location to explore the city. Situated near attractions like Boca do Inferno, Casino Estoril, and Casa das Histórias Paula Rego, there is plenty to see and do. When it comes to dining and entertainment, there are excellent options like Casa da Guia, Furnas do Guincho, and Mar do Inferno. With its great location and proximity to the city's highlights, this address is the ideal base for your Cascais adventures.

The best way to reach the property is by car or taxi, but it is located just 2.3 km from Cascais station and 3.4 km from Monte Estoril station.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
