Summary:
Near Cascais old town, this charming apartment features a deep wrap-around balcony offering a hint of sea view. The main bedroom holds a 160cm double bed, while the living room provides a 130cm sofa bed, best suited for two. A fully equipped kitchen for four allows enjoyable meals at home. Delight in dining on the kitchen patio, admiring open rooftop views and glimpsing the bay of Cascais. Mandatory Saturday to Saturday stay between July 1 - September 10.

The Space:
This charming apartment with plenty of panache is located near the old town of Cascais. It is a two minute walk to the central square where you have restaurants & bars of every variety. You have on your doorstep the market with all its food halls and several excellent restaurants too. The bus, train station and a shopping mall can be reached in two minutes flat so no need for a car. The supermarket is located just 50m away but you can get all the fresh produce like bread, fruit, veg, cheese, fish/meat & lots more from the market just across the road.
A deep, wrap around balcony (with a glimpse of the sea between buildings) offers both a sunny or shady spot at every moment of the day. It is beautifully furnished with a dining and lounging area for up to 4 people. It faces south and therefore allows plenty of lovely natural light into the apartment.
The main bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and the living room a sofa bed of 130cm which may not comfortabley accommodate two adults. Please enquire about additional folding bed.
A fully equipped kitchen for four makes it a pleasure to have meals at home and sit out and enjoy them on the kitchen patio whilst appreciating the open views over the rooftops and beyond, towards the bay of Cascais. Heating is supplied for the cooler months.

Between July 1 - September 10 we require a Saturday to Saturday stay

Situated on Av. Dom Pedro I, the property is in a prime location that offers a blend of local charm and modern convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and boutique shops. Shop for fresh produce at the market across the road and explore the pretty Old Town in coastal Cascais. The nearby Cascais Shopping Center provides a comprehensive shopping experience. For those interested in outdoor activities, the stunning Guincho Beach and the lush Parque Marechal Carmona are easily accessible. The area is rich in culture, with art galleries and museums like the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego offering a glimpse into local art and history.

Getting Around:
Located on Av. Dom Pedro I, the property is well-connected to various transportation options. The Cascais Train Station is approximately a 12-minute walk away, providing easy access to Lisbon and other coastal destinations. Several bus stops are also nearby, offering convenient routes to explore Cascais and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer driving, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, enabling quick trips to Lisbon and other regions. Cyclists will find dedicated bike paths that lead to key local attractions and scenic spots.

-Baby cot including linen per night (min 3 nights) – €9.00

* Please note that additional amenities like beach towels and umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee. Feel free to send us a message to inquire about the rental prices for these items.
* We offer convenient airport transportation services. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and pricing.
* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.

Interaction with Guests:
We meet you at the property and show you around. We're more than happy to give tips and advice about what to do/see, where to go and where to eat. We're always on hand if you need us and the agency offices are just a 5 minute walk.

Lovely stay in Cascais
This location is central to many activities in Cascais. We enjoyed short walks to the Market (directly across the street), numerous restaurants and also to the beach. Apartment was clean and spacious. The host that met us was friendly and informative.

Fantastic place
Loved this place. It’s two blocks from the beach, has a grocery store around the corner, close to the train station and bus station. No need for a car here. Would absolutely rent again and probably will!
