Suspended between the blue of the Mediterranean and the mountains of the Amalfi Coast, Villa Lavinia is an independent villa in Nocelle, the small panoramic village set in the hills above Positano and just a short distance from the famous Path of the Gods. An authentic and private retreat, designed for those who wish to experience the Amalfi Coast away from the crowds, surrounded by tranquillity and extraordinary views.



Arranged over two levels and ideal for up to 5 guests, the villa preserves the charm of traditional local homes, with bright interiors, classic furnishings and antique furniture.



The entrance is located on the upper floor, which opens into a spacious living room with a large sofa, TV and access to the panoramic balcony. On the same level, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed to prepare meals independently, including an American coffee maker, as well as one of the two double bedrooms. The bedroom features a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, and enjoys access to the balcony overlooking the sea and the Amalfi Coast.



The second double bedroom is located on the lower floor and also features a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. From this level, guests can access the large panoramic terrace, one of Villa Lavinia’s most beautiful spaces.



Overlooking the sea and the spectacular landscape of the Amalfi Coast, the terrace is furnished with a stone table, wrought-iron chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. It is a space to enjoy throughout the day: for breakfast outdoors, a few relaxing hours in the sun or a peaceful evening immersed in the atmosphere of Nocelle.



The location also offers the opportunity to discover a quieter and more authentic side of Positano and provides a privileged starting point for exploring the Path of the Gods. Please note that reaching the property requires walking up or down several steps, a typical feature of the area that may make the villa unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.



Villa Lavinia does not have private parking. Paid municipal blue-line parking spaces are available near the beginning of the steps leading to the property. A car is recommended for guests who prefer greater independence when exploring the area, although public transportation is also available.



Villa Lavinia is an ideal choice for those who want to experience the Amalfi Coast from a different perspective: high above the coastline, surrounded by the tranquillity of Nocelle, with the Mediterranean always in view and Positano just below.
