With approximately 70 m², this apartment located in a building with elevator offers you an oasis of sophistication in the middle of the bustling city. In addition, you can enjoy the comfort of having Private Parking available for a small additional charge 30€ per night and per car, so you can explore the city with complete peace of mind.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

Decent location, very Spartan, and noisy neighbors
The accommodations were adequate, but there are very few supplies. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no coffee or even salt and pepper. The downstairs neighbors were extremely loud all night. But we still enjoyed our stay and the location was pretty good. If I returned, I would stay closer to the Gothic quarter though.
