🛏️ The home features two generously sized bedrooms, and one large study/bedroom all designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ample storage. The second bedroom offers a double bed, whilst the third bedroom/office is located on the ground floor and has a double sofa bed, Smart TV & PlayStation.

🛋️ The living area is seriously cosy with a Log Burner and has entertainment at the touch of a button with a Smart TV, Virgin, surround sound speakers and DVD player. Sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie night with the family or gather around the table for board games.

🎛️ The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, including a Rangemaster hob, double oven and the added luxury of a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of counter space and room to seat six comfortably in the adjacent dining area.

🛁 The home includes two beautiful bathrooms one on each floor, one with a luxurious bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Please note we do like to keep the garden well maintained in our absence so we have a weekly gardener who pops in who you may see during your stay.

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

**Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for rental. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that bedding and sheets are not provided for cots.
**This property does accept pets subject to a small pet cleaning fee - please advise when booking.

**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £100.
