Beautiful garden, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 downstairs WC, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, lounge, dining area and pool table. A wonderful home that has a great atmosphere. In a quiet location but minutes walk from lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs, Butlins & the train station with connections to London
Kitchen includes a double range oven and dishwasher, built-in cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, sink, fridge & freezer
The garage is used as a laundry room with washing machine, airer and sink
There is a pool table in the garage which can be used for table tennis
