The ground floor welcomes you with an elegant entrance hall that opens onto a traditional Sevillian patio. This level features a spacious living room, a dining area with seating for 12, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and one double bedroom.

On the first floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second floor includes two more bedrooms with twin beds, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The highlight of the house is its spectacular rooftop terrace, complete with tables and chairs to enjoy Seville’s fantastic climate, a private pool, and an auxiliary room with a sink and refrigerator. An additional toilet adds convenience to this outdoor area. Stairs lead up to the sun deck, where two loungers invite you to relax and take in the unmatched views of the Giralda. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
