Spread across three floors, the house offers seven bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring both privacy and comfort for every guest.

The ground floor welcomes you with an elegant entrance hall that opens onto a traditional Sevillian patio. This level features a spacious living room, a dining area with seating for 12, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and one double bedroom.

On the first floor, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second floor includes two more bedrooms with twin beds, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The highlight of the house is its spectacular rooftop terrace, complete with tables and chairs to enjoy Seville’s fantastic climate, a private pool, and an auxiliary room with a sink and refrigerator. An additional toilet adds convenience to this outdoor area. Stairs lead up to the sun deck, where two loungers invite you to relax and take in the unmatched views of the Giralda. Available from 15th March to 15th November

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Perfect House for a Family Christmas

We really loved the house! The neighborhood, which is in a very old historic district of Seville, Santa Cruz, is really within walking distance to everything you want to see in this part of the beautiful city. For all else, we used Uber and the public trolley. The house gave each person or couple a bedroom and private bath, which was perfect. Of course, since it was winter, we were unable to use the pool but I imagine that it would be a great boon in the heat of summer! The kitchen was so well stocked that we could have cooked every day had we wanted to, but there are so many restaurants, both indoors and out, that there was no need to cook except for those who wanted breakfast. The dining room was large enough to seat 12 and there were enough dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, to accomodate all. Dishwasher made cleanup easy. Living room or grand sala offered enough seating and lighting for socializing, games, or quiet reading. The only complaint I can offer was the failure of easy communication given that we had 11 people coming from all over the world but nowhere to store our luggage until we could enter at 3:00. When we did get in, it was very disappointing to see that the entry foyer was a huge empty space that could easily have accommodated all of our luggage from the time our various planes landed until we could enter the house. Towels were in abundant supply except for in the kitchen where there was no towel to dry off dishes, nor a drying rack. Easy fix!

Regarding your concern about luggage storage, we would like to kindly clarify that, unlike a traditional hotel, we do not offer luggage storage before check-in in our apartments for security reasons, as there is no physical reception desk in the building to facilitate this. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. As for the other issues you mentioned, we will certainly look into them to ensure everything is in perfect order for future guests.
